Rolltrac

Rolltrac is like a single level Ractrac system with additional storage above.This is accomplished by having the Gemtrac drawers roll out on wheels instead of being supported by overhead tracks. With access to the area above, short drawers can be added to store additional open slot tape or pilasters with wire shelves can be specified to store media containers in this upper area.

Rolltrac Frame Overview

Basic Frame
Rolltrac Frames are standard 38" deep and 10' wide and 11.5' high. Other widths are available.

Overhead Filing & Storage
Each Rolltrac module will accommodate either drawers for open media or a pilaster system for containers, to maximize your vertical storage capacity.

Optional Finish Panels
The frames can be enclosed with end and back finish panels to provide protection for the media and a clean, finished appearance.

Protective Kickplate
Optional polished aluminum diamond kickplate can be provided to prevent cart damage.

Pilaster Container Storage

Pilaster Storage Design
The vertical metal pilaster frame is punched with holes to accept wire support angles. Angles attach like hooks on a pegboard and adjust vertically in ½" increments. The pilaster frames adjust infinitely side to side, suspended from the heavy "C" channel beam above. This combination of vertical and horizontal adjustment accommodates nearly any size media container.

Rolltrac adjustable pilaster system provides a simple, versatile and highly functional approach for tub storage.

Cases typically used for a wide variety of media storage are a perfect adaptation for our Rolltrac adjustable pilaster storage system.

Drawer Overview

2 Drawer Widths
Ractrac utilizes the proven Gemtrac drawers however with Rolltrac they are supported on lower wheels vs the overhead tracks. They are available in 2 drawer widths; 5.5 and 7 inches.

Adjustable Shelves
There are 2 styles of adjustable shelves. Standard shelves are level with a small front lip to hold media in place. Recessed shelves have no lip and are designed with a slight back angle to keep the media in place. Both adjust vertically in 1/2 inch increments.

Recessed Shelf
Designed primarily for data media applications, sloped design holds media in place. Media overhangs front edge to provide finger space for easy retrieval. This design also provides a labeling area on the front of the shelf.

Drawer Accessories

Wire Racks for Discrete Slot Filing
When an exact location is required, Discrete Slot Media Racks (Wire Racks) can be ordered for your specific media format. Media is fully supported and each slot is held open for easy retrieval and accurate re-filing.

Slide-n-Lock Bookends for Bulk Filing
Slide-n-Lock bookends work on all shelves to hold media in place. Several bookends may be used on a single shelf to separate multiple media formats.

Adjustable Backstop
The adjustable backstop, an optional addition to either standard or recessed shelving, ensures media will front properly on shelf providing space efficient finger room.
